This is the beginning
Hi All!
I've started this blog to document my journey south in a few months. I am headed to the Universidad de Austral in Valdivia, Chile for 4 months. After that, I shall be wandering the South American continent for another two months. This week I receive my information packet and things really start rolling. Within the month I will have by ticket bought! I am hoping to leave Oregon in mid-March (right after finals) and head to the east coast for some hellos and goodbyes. My program starts in Valdivia on March 25th. I don't have much to post now, but I thought I'd get the blog started and post occationally. I also have a Twitter account! rachbach3
